Will you willfully admit that you twisted his statements...kinda like when he said he would try to arrange for you to speak with MO and the lawyers so that they could explain their side of things to you...and you turned it around to make it sound like the lawyers were to be present to control what MO said and I believe you even went so far as to suggest that they may be libel lawyers...again there to protect MO... Yeesh...after that BS...did you really expect anyone from KRY to call you back?? Now, why don;t you admit that you ran away from me?? Didn't even give me a chance to introduce myself properly...see Jer, old man, you can try to change the truth, but there were dozens of people who saw you run...there were dozens of people who saw me chase after you...of course I didn't say "Hi"..you never gave anyone a chance... I respectfully would also like to add that people do not necessarily have to know "who" one is to know what one is about...the comments and writings one makes in written form, on the forums is an excellent indicator as to the mindset of a person. Comments about Jerry's racist father and his views aside, I believe he would recieve the same type of treatment anyway as he has shown over and over again to be a spiteful, malicious, and a person who lacks integrity not only in his writings for CSW, but also in his false accusations against others. The word LOSER comes to mind, when I think of Jer...I would have much harsher adjectives to describe him if I wanted to bring his father into this. BTW..why do you suppose Jerry likes to make comments regarding the city one lives in...eg. "Niagra Falls-based Frank Lostracco and Montreal's Pat Souami". Is it supposed to prove something?? " I DARE YOU TO TELL FORUM WHERE I EVER STATED THIS ! You can't because this further proof to forum members that you are a pathetic and chronic misleading person. You can't discuss Cyrstallex because you do no research beyond PDG press releases and material posted by others (including copyrighted material, I guess this makes you a stealer in addition to a lier). You still have not told us who is paying you to post here. You still have not told us why you fled the annual meeting. You still have not told us why you lied to the StockHouse forum (you were FORCED to admit to lying after you were unmasked). You still have not told us what links exists with the Victoria Public Library meetings and your KRY-bashing. FORUM READERS: Post 9441 contains a good sample of the type of creative fiction that jerry is paid to write. He includes blatant lies, innuendo and exaggeration. He includes very little fact. He avoids speaking with Crystallex management as he fears their answers. Please note that he prefers to attack posters than discuss Crystallex. The reason should be obvious!

Dear Jerry; Nice well prepared answer, gee your sleauthing activities are getting even better?? The point is this, and you can word it any way you wish Jerry, the main people of Crystallex were there before you(BOD), and you failed as a reporter to ask them questions that should have been asked. This way Jerry, their answers would have been part of the public record, is this really that difficult to comprehend, do you not feel that this could have been of public benefit?? Maybe for you, it is better put as the art of being selective in regards to answers to questions. In other words, lets not take the chance that the answers to questions that should have been asked by a reporter just may not have added to the story line of that said reporters approach?? The questions I posed to you were not that insurmountable now were they, but again you continuously avoid them. You leave plenty of doubt as to your "true" reason to be spending so much time in this persuit of posters on many threads. It begs ne to think of how other governments at times in history treated their own people in regards to the control of information. The problem I have with SW articles are not necessarily the issuance of news, per say, but I do find it interesting how they can have so many "newsout" articles pertaining to KRY, when other such news services are ditributing the releases of company's as the company's issue them themselves....thereis a significant difference Jerry, you can do any attempt at deflecting this reality all you want, but the numbers speak for themselves?? Take Monday for instance, SW released two "newsout" articles for KRY, but KRY only issues one newsrelease?? Now John Woods has declared that he will issue newsreleases on a paid for basis? so is it to difficult to ask who is it that is sponsoring this continuous barrage of what SW calls news?? I have also noticed how many times that many of the SW articles contiuously rehash over and over again what has occured, is this some sort of brain washing technique? Stock Watch has claimed to be an independent providor of news for corporations, with the continuous releaseing of said articles, I have a very difficult time in appreciating their independance?? You Jerry and SW, by these articles have become the anti-hype of the hypesters, nothing more and nothing less. You have claimed that much of what was placed in SW articles was not wrong?? How about Acosta's and Ascensio's ascertations as to no "legal case"?? This stuff with the added innuendos of yourself or other SW repoters, was an attempt to legitmize these fellows. Why then if SW is so independent did they not report the fact that certain people were barred from being in the room for this said announcement in Miami?? Selectivity again Jerry?? The legal case was also acknowledged by PDG in their reports, that there was a legal case in which they felt very confident that they would win, and which appears for now they have as by the June 11th ruling?? What I'am getting at, is the fine crafting and adjustment of information that SW and yourself are applying to this situation. In that order, you make me very suspect as to your motives, just as I have had my suspects with any of the number of so-called "hypsters". Jerry again you did a nice job of sidestepping my questions, you have given no answers, if you could not gleem news from the BOD at the AGM, it was because you felt it did not fit your agenda. You challenged certain internet posters in regards to the AGM, and you failed to seek them out, you were a coward Jerry, plain and simple at the AGM, by failing to live up to the faithfull readers and subscribers of Stockwatch, and even now you continuously side step simple questions?? You leave much to be suspected Jerry C.Collins of Whalleye B.C., as you try to spread doubt about others, the doubt continues to grow around you.....................real simple?? The Globe and Mail reporter managed to get an interview with them?? I know many times I have called them, and have spoke to them or couldn't reach them, sometimes they have returned calls and other times they have not, could be maybe they were busy??.........no you must imply something sinister to any action they took. How about the offer to YOU to speak with their legal representatives, what was it you write up on that, Jerry, you took it as they would not speak with anyone unless they had a legal rep on hand, when in fact they offered the legal rep, because he would offer a better explanation to the legal case involved??.....remember that article?? Jerry!!........selective vision again.....HUH!!......it was at this point that you had demonstrated to the people at KRY that you had no interest in reporting the story.........................so sorry Jerry your caught in another lie now aren't you?? Oh and Jerry, just what does the city that I live in and for that matter the one that Patrick lives in have to do with Crystallex issues??...................................you aren't trying to insinuate something are you??
