News: ISV identifies 2 new glaucoma genes biz.yahoo.com This news and yesterday's patent news reinforces the message for me that the underlying science here has value, which is why I'm still a shareholder after lo these many years (actually about 18 months). I disregard MM's short-term forecasts, and I suspect the price would be a little higher right now if the stock had been left to react to the actual news instead of his buy-out scenario, but I continue to believe that, over time, chances are reasonably good that the company's value will be realized in the market and shareholder patience will be rewarded. Management may not be the sharpest pencil in the drawer when it comes to financial negotiations and investor relations, but I don't think they're egregiously misleading or incompetent, considering that this is a company in the early stages of creating itself.
