If ACRI loses this battle with PG, they are finished, as far as Vchip
goes. If anyone has a case for infringement from this point in, it will
be TVL. They have the only IP that any manufacturer would care to
duplicate. They have already received 3 of the 4 patents registered &
expect the last by the end of the year. Still, it is a time to wait
and see. With 250,000,000 TV's in the US, sales of 2 mil equates to
.8 %, a very minute and realistic goal for year 1 sales., especially
with Canada in the picture as well.
