Scott, thanks for your response but actually what I wanted to know was not the question of accounting for affiliates but whether NBC had in fact bought a portion of the corporation, CNWK, or a portion of an asset, SNAP, owned by CNWK. In other words, is NBC a stockholder in CNWK or simply a co-owner of an CNWK asset? This has substantial implications for float, etc. Thanks, again. Kip
