You are dead right. As Kimble knows--I have bet the farm on the fact that in my opinion CPQ has been permanently and totally "DELLMOLISHED" forever.Eckhard "baby" is just sticking around until the board finally realizes they have a loser running their show.

Glenn,
Hi!!! Great post....couldn't agree with you more...but, then it doesn't require me much of an imagination to figure that out <<gg>> Some people just accentuate the negatives...Dell is doing every thing correctly...the smiles of the management and people we met virtually everywhere....whoooah....man, you know I love those smiles of pride...if you threw a question or a remark at them...boy, they gave you a look or pride and confidence Dustin Hoffman couldn't duplicate on screen...it may have been in the Dell Factory Outlet; Sullivan's; Esther's Follies; the Dell Metric Tour or the incredibly brilliant briefing given to us by Robert Williams.... what a wonderfully soothing experience I had in Austin...I refer to the word soothing...I already had an amazing amount of confidence...but, seeing this whole dream made my visualization of the growth perfectly clear...I don't wish to speak for all of us...but, the group could write a book on the scenes we witnessed...we never stopped talking about what angles or the business and the words we were hearing from the tour guides... the facial expression during the briefing from Robert Williams....hey, if I had a video of his facial reactions when we asked questions...or when he implied where they were headed.....gosh, I kept saying to myself..."I NEED MORE DELL"....hey, two of the members of our group left that briefing meeting and immediately phoned in orders for more Dell....the Dell people definitely have it together.. The market share Dell will be stealing is a figure I don't think they even have figured on yet...they are only focused on Dell.... IMO and along with many others that saw what I did......Dell is the next Dell.

Best, kemble
