I've owned PRLNW, the warrants, for years. After hanging around at 1/32 for a while they are up 300% today at an awesome 1/8 ( i paid $1.50. They have extended the warrants for the last few years - from 1996 expiration , to 1997, and then to 1998. Does anyone have any opinions or information on whether they will be extended again - God I hope so. Also, any ideas on to what extent the warrant will increase? Thanks Steve

Personally, I think the real action won't start until the world wide agreement is announced. Patents are not an indicator of marketability. They are only an indicator of the uniqueness of a particular application. They also do not offer judgement of the effectiveness of any particular application. Don't read too much into this just yet.

Jonathan, I think we can put a couple of other items in the mix that will influence the price in addition to the Press Release. Brokers must take an interest and start recommending it to their clients. It wouldn't surprise me if most brokers haven't even seen the PR yet unless a client has called and told them that there was news on the wire. A lot of brokers don't receive anything but the DOW news and I have found I've had the news as much as 3-4 hours before my broker and had to send him a FAX. The MM's also play an an important part in this scenario. Something to keep in mind about the DOW is that they publish news that they consider noteworthy whereas PR News Wire among other services print news releases. It might never show up on the the Dow if they don't consider it new worthy It's been my experience that you might never see a DOW news article. I don't think they are predisposed to publishing news about "Penny Stocks". Harold
