Jenna, I'm with you on Bay since it was at 27.I almost sold today but will wait until NT speaks...they are very upbeat going forward.IMHO it is a win-win situation...not a bad longer term hold,but that is not my style.Watching and waiting...if I sell that won't keep me from buying it back later.FWIW Regards, Barbara
