Dear Rick: I am not sure about this past quarter but I feel reasonably confident that next quarter will be a humdinger. No one included in their estimates anything from the Utility partnership that I am aware of. The fact they SPECIFICALLY mentioned profits from it will be in 1st fiscal 1999 qtr. sure indicates it will be profitable then. Past qtr will depend on how much the ramp up cost and how fast they were able to put the new hires to work. JDN

Rick, I have to agree. I think you have established that you are not some kind of mindless booster, so I think the white-knucklers should pay heed. I think the level of gloom and doom is unwarranted here. Perhaps JJ is not the most telegenic CEO around, but I give him his due: he has executed his announced strategies very well. I suspect the "chicken littles" will regret not giving TAVA the needed time to show that it is a "for real" enterprise. I for one will hold this hand a while longer. Best of luck to all, regardless of your decisions. :) John R.
