These are the first rumors that I have heard re VRTY being taken over. I always thought that someone like Adobe would be a better fit, seem more independent....one of the VRTY strengths in it's ability to seed their search technology with other software vendors.

Have heard that VRTY will not consider a buyout of less than $20 bucks per share.

Over next 12 months this could be possibility but VRTY also can stand on it's own thru earnings. Sbona is a businessman and also consultant. Odds are he considers this a short term(2yr) assignment.

If VRTY drops to 10 range could be a great buy
