Jay.... Lawyers aren't the trusting type....that's why you have so much lingo to decipher. They are known for crossing the the T's and dotting the I's. I'm not implying anything against him....I've just had a lot of experience with lawyers and corporations. I'm merely adding conjecture to a very unique set of circumstances. Welcome to the world of BB's.

To me this is very possible. I think Jerry may have tunnel vision. He may only be concerned about the business side (making deals, negotiating, contracts etc). It appears (to me anyway) that he does not concern himself with promotion, press releases, investors, or public opinion. This would explain a lot of what has transpired. Just think, If Jerry informed the previous IR company as poorly as the current (well past at this point) IR company, that would explain the inaccurate press release. It would also be why he doesn't seem to be concerned about the price drop ($2.00 down to .30 cents). He should change his style or find someone that can fulfill the other responsibilities that he doesn't seem to be able to properly handle. Mike
