men mailman, Let's not forget to challenge the proposed reorganization in the Bankruptcy proceeding itself. We literally have noting to lose as common shareholders. And I believe a good case can be made that FPA management and the secured creditors are absconding with the going concern value of this corporation- far beyond that which they are entitled contractually under their loan agreements (creditors) and contracts of employment (management).

I suggest also trying to call a special shareholders' meeting to review management's proposed plan of reorganization. I believe that we can put together a sufficient percentage of shareholders under FPAMs Corporate Bylaws to have such a meeting held....

Does anyone have FPAM's Main Corporate Office telephone number? I'll be glad to call them and to find out the proper procedure for requesting a special shareholders' meeting...

Sincerely,

Doug F.

To All: As many of you on this thread know, I have questioned the integrity of one "Vannie Resta", who has constantly hyped this stock, claiming to have made outsize profits despite the fact that FPAM was going down the tubes. As such, you might be interested in this post of mine on another thread, where I reveal that Vannie Resta may be a "respected" financial journalist who clearly was violating the ethics code of his profession with his posts on this thread. Rest assured, that Millberg Weiss knows of his potential identity, and if it is this person, his career as a journalist in the financial field is over:
