Well Ken I guess your wrong about not expecting an answer. In a cash dividend how did your broker gobbled it up? I'd be curious to know how that happend.
As for the stock buy back, it was mentioned at a meeting with the shareholders as a possiblity not a solution. Once the subject was broached, a select few started making their demands to have a stock buy back. All in all though this discussion is over and gone. Move on and lets just keep the company in a positive light.
I brought up a subject that doesn't need to be harped on. They know who they are so lets leave it where it needs to be. NOT an issue.

Ken, bgtit did clarify this issue of the dividend in a subsequent post as follows:

I made a mistake the dividend was a gift for the shareholders from Mr. Murphy. Joe
mentioned doing a buy back at a public meeting last year and felt that he needed to go
through with it after brouching the subject and repeatedly being questions and berated
by shareholders.
