Toma,
After one year, restricted shares are able to be traded. One must file appropriate forms for INTENT to sell. If not sold in 90 days (I think) after filing, you must refile, ect.. Then after 2 years, they become free trading shares. (per my broker). When you do file, the shares are worth whatever the market price is, like any other stock share. Hope this helps.
Toma, are you still considering going down to Bolivia with CIMA?
