James and all, the gist of the message from Dan Murphy is that the converted shares must be registered before they can be sold. He indicated that they were tracking this through Morrow and, as I understood it, none of these have been registered, although this was not 100% clear. I will see if I can find any S-3s. If not, then I will go back to sleep for awhile.
