I gathered from your last message that you didn't think much of it yourself. As I found out on the LHSPF thread it is more complex than the initial press report I read that was posted to this thread. This seems to explain how GNK is trading now at 4 7/8 instead of 5.60. In this case I'm glad I sold at prices intermediate between those two. I guess things will get clearer. I think LHSPF is getting a great deal. Personally if I had LHSPF shares I wouldn't hold them too long.... David
