I didn't make my points clear enough. Corporations with intranets in place are likely to outsource them if they have not already done so. Many very large companies haven't even started design - again, speaking from observation of some of our partners. You wouldn't believe how backward some very highly respected firms are when it comes to intracompany comms.

The field is wide open.
