A brief correction., the Russians are re-opening the Mir which has produced very nice gem quality and large desirable perfect octahedral
diamonds., the Russinas being Alrossa are implementing production
at the Jubilee. DeBeers is counter balancing with expansions at Orapa and would very much like to bolster the high end of the market
by aquiring small rich profitable deposits., Southernera is a perfect
example of corporate intent.
