Hello Roy,

You really don't want to hear my saga about why I own the stock...but yes I do own the stock.
Your comments with respect to ASFT business are largely accurate with one exception. Televantage is a killer product, and the barriers to entry are significant. Lucent is more than capable of creating a product and a damn good one in fact. That is precisely the reason I have made comments suggesting that management must recognize this is a sprint not a marathon....I concur with your comments with respect to management. I also feel that some of the larger holders of these shares have a similar opinion...PT and JG are both charismatic likeable fellows but they must show the shareholders they can succeed.

I think I have a better handle on the business than most of the other "armchair quarterbacks", but your comments are dead on.
Just for your FYI, before ASFT bought this business, Lucent was in fact interested in buying it. As a matter of fact so was MSFT. I think the former CEO's biggest accomplishment was that he found and bought this business.

ASFT has tremendous opportunities, but the clock is ticking...

Regards.
