SOLV shall have its day in court, this will provide them via the discovery process an opportunity to prove their position, and this thread closure one way or another.

Talked to the clerk's office at the US District Court of New Mexico. They found several Solv-ex cases but not the one according to the newspapers filed yesterday by the SEC. Peculiar that AP and ABQ Journal were able to quote from the complaint but it is not currently available from the court. Spoke to someone who spoke to the company they had not seen the complaint as of this morning.

First the local business journal last week accurately quotes SEC attorney as to the upcoming filing of the complaint. Next the logical jurisdictional court clerk has no information available to the public. I'll keep trying to get a copy to scan and post. Maybe the SEC has released a press kit.
