Go to pcigazette and search on wo98/06932. Then blow the sketch up and notice the axial rods protruding upwards from the torque collection disk #221. The rods align the cruciforms #241 and transmit the torque through the #256 sliding sleeve bearings. The key to making this engine survive is to reduce the load and friction in these bearings and the #254 cam-follower bearings which look awfully small.
