You might not be able to buy them back. <g> If the increasingly aggressive DoJ does end up blocking the deal, or asking for concessions which a rather busy Tlab won't swallow, Ccsc could loose 30-50% in a single day.

Or, you could make 15%++ within a month or two.

I think the second is quite a bit more likely. But there was a second request under the HSR antitrust act many months ago....and radio silence since. Tlab competes with Ccsc in echo cancelling equipment. Ccsc just does a better job of it; which especially hurts overseas sales to the likes of Ericsson.
