Please clarify your following statements:

<<Quite frankly, I have only the report, somewhat peculiar I might add about trading the land for 50M shares.>>
What is peculiar about it, please define your statement.

<<Now we had a discussion and analysis of this property and the claims of its value, which really didn't stand up to much scrutiny>>
Whos scrutiny? Yours?

<< and doesn't that seem to indicate to you that there is already a real possibility that the land that has been put in does not have great value?>>
How does it indicate such? Please explain?

<<My interest is in what the truth is.>>
<< I have no use for phone conversations with management. I don't want to be a middle man to the truth.>>
Is that not what you are doing by asking these repetitive questions? Asking someone else to give you answers?

<<Well I do understand about the difference between coal bed methane and natural gas, though I guess I don't recall seeing any mention of what the methane reserves might be, and how much they might contribute to revenues. Would you happen to have that? Thank you for your patience.>>

Jhild,

Perhaps you have not been here for a while and missed something so for your sake and more importantly the sake of newbies:

Coal bed methane reserves are estimates (roughly) for the 2600 acres in the May 28th PR. The natural gas reserves have not been "proved" as of yet. I'm certain they are there but do not have an idea on quantity. The Dunn reports (previously Stagg reports) will answer this question (i.e., exactly how much natural gas and associated oil) is under these properties.

Coal reserves also being identified by Dunn (whether mined or not) will add to the total net value (hopefully in terms of net cashflow) of the total reserves.

I hope this clears up the terminology for you.

Eric
