Well based on calculations they are now out of cash or will be very soon. The last time they were faced with this they issued a bunch of Preferred stock the shares were converted (in the main) to common and over the course of a year the number of outstanding shares went from 13 million to 26 million. The price also took a dive. So sure go ahead and buy under $.20 but should you recommend buying at $.18 or $.12 or will it hit $.08 or $.06 this time. Also be ready to dump at any time because you may only get one chance (or none). I think you have better odds putting your money on the roulette wheel in Vegas.
