The swap of L&H shares for Globalink is subject to a 10% collar. It's not a straight stock swap (the exchange ratio gets reduced) if L&H has better than a 10% run before the deal closes. At first glance I was considering buying some cheap GNK shares, but after reading the terms of the deal, L&H has plenty of outs, and also won't allow too much dilution of the shares. So in short, I'm glad I'm loaded up on L&H and have no GNK shares.

To all,

A further post on the GNK thread of my calculations on why it seems to be worth considering buying GNK stock in order to end up with LHSPF:

Message 5308908

By my calculations, you can get LHSPF for less than $49, at the moment.
