Your solution might be the easiest but I think Joe will probably take the normal route and simply apply. I believe he wanted to wait until after the 8-K on LOCUS was filed but since we can't seem to generate enough internet buying to clear out the CC supply he may just go ahead without it. I definitely believe a listing would bring in a whole new world of interested brokers and investors.
