Allen,

Normally, prior to an IPO you participate in a company's private placement--I believe that was the case with DRIV.

Regarding TSQD's involvement; there are a few connections--primarily TSQD's option, at a grand total of $1.00, to purchase a significant % of DRIV shares. This is principally what makes, imo, buying the shares of TSQD a no brainer. At what value you place on TSQD will be hitched to the IPO and near term aftermarket price you suspect DRIV will fetch. Estimates range from $12 to $50 and beyond.

Remember that TSQD has its own core business to be valued as well as its option stake in River.

Best bet: check out all filings, PR's , the Internet Stock Report, Info Beat's Internet Daily and also the TSQD board. Good luck.

Hello everyone,

Does anybody know how to get their hands on shares of Digital River or a company that holds Digital River before the IPO date? I know tons of people have been buying CMGI before the big Geocities IPO in two weeks and I was wondering if there was something similiar.

Thanks
