Maximum yield to the preferreds occurs at 5/8ths, nothing lower, for 5 consecutive days. In fact a lower price may in fact be painful for the preferreds if they haven't already sold all the shares from the conversion in advance. if they are planning to hold any shares they would be well served to get the price back up asap.

unfortunately there are many individual organizations that own the preferreds and no telling how many are converting with each successive pass at the 5/8ths price.

volume being a little stronger would tell you more are coming out.
