Ha! Thanks for the laugh. I didn't say Sybase would do a good job! I program ODBC, meaning I do Sybase, SQL Server and 20 other databases. I have no end of SYBS problems, and am constantly amazed at MSFT's beautiful job at cleaning up SYBS's code. In unsurprising fashion, MSFT went into business with SYBS, took their entire source code base and ran with it. As for SYBS getting into the services business, or into the application end of where they're now selling tools, I'll be very surprised if they pull it off. They down-sized all their brains 5 years ago. CB
