I use TC2000 version 3. Usually a TC2000 version 4 user will answer your post before mid-night.

My experience has been that Worden notes usually start coming in early afternoon, around 1 or 2pm Eastern time. It just depends on the day. I've gotten some before noon and then other days nothing until just before the market closes.
