The earnings play is a risky one. If the stock trends before earnings, there is usually a big dump when the good news comes out. If the stock is flat, as now, it usually indicates the market anticipates poor earnings, and again there is a dump (on bad news). How do we read this for CADE? All indications are for great earnings. So why the flat price?

Big volume, though. If it is going to spring, it should be a big gain. Pretty safe bet for a nice return: buy a big chunk at the close tonight and turn around and sell it at the close tomorrow. My guess: a 20% gain in 24 hours.

TC.

I'm aware of the buy the rumor, sell the news, theory of trading. I believe that applies when there has been a run on the rumor, but not with CADE trading in a rectangle pattern this long.

My projections are revenues up 75% over Q/2/97. Earnings up 100% over Q/2/97. If that becomes the headlines at 8:00 AM tomorrow, CADE will gap and run.
