Told you folks about the scams in South Florida, now I read this...is it good or bad..."SAF T LOK INC. said it is considering restating first quarter earnings, noting that auditors have expressed concern regarding the valuation of warrants. What's more, the company said it received an ''informal inquiry'' letter from the Securities and Exchange Commission regarding the company's business and securities.
