Walsh slammed engineers, Financial Post reports TORONTO (CP) - The Financial Post says Bre-X Minerals chairman David Walsh pointed an accusing finger at the Montreal engineering firm SNC-Lavalin two weeks before he died. Walsh said May 20 in a sworn statement, filed in the Bahamas supreme court, that SNC-Lavalin's failure to report anything suspicious after "months of on-site inspections" gave him a false sense of security about the Busang Indonesian gold site.
