Blankmind...<blankmind on Jul 21 1998 4:12PM EST the acquisition has proved to be a mistake.>Are you saying that COMS did not need USRX's modulation/demodulation technology? Rockwells FUD precipitated the glut. The glut hurt everybody MOTS gone,ROKS gone, Hayes is on the ropes. COMS remains the superior player not only with 56k but going forward from cable to ADSL. I feel we got caught inbetween modem wars, Asia, semi-conductor downturn, merger digestion and Cisco momentumitis. There must have been some necessary synergy for COMS to go after USRX.If not I'm out bunches.
