The insider sells amount to ~ 200,000 shares and some are restricted from what I could see. Not very much from what I could see.

Ok, just got off the phone with some clarifications regarding the "insider" trading.

First, look at the DATES of the insider trading....1994 - 1997 are the majority. There are three sales this year.

1)NONE of the people who have sold this year are currently working with the company. JDS Investments you will notice; the guy, JDS, was a former director and is no longer with the company so sold some of his holdings. Harvey J you will notice was the former President of BYWD before Neil took over; he sold and he's not with the company any longer but still had some shares left.

Most importantly, CHECK THE DATES of the filings!!!!

The three this year are: January (20,000 = $3,000)
April (JDS, not with company any longer - 170,000 = $17,000)
June (Harvey J, former President, no longer with company - 10,000 = $850)

Just what I've been able to dig up FYI...so to sum it up, INsiders have NOT been selling....the filings are old and they are people no longer associated with the company...
