Greetings Chris... If both Messers Speros are one and the same, then try the following scenario... Agora/SYD...Agora/MIQ...Agora/Speros...Speros/SYD...It's gotta be a Grecian thingie, I guess.. ;-) But he also gets 600K of warrants with the SYD deal, plus he pays no broker fees on the initial 600K units, if I read it correctly...I figure he made a good deal...(I don't hold any SYD)... He stands to make a killing with this move...I don't think he could buy into MIQ as an Insider right now anyways...At the very least, it wouldn't be Kosher... Money has no loyalty... JMO...
