You are absolutely correct. However, I have learned that when dealing with the intellectually challenged, it is sometimes necessary to use short (albeit incomplete) sentences, lest a multitude of words prove confusing.

The word is WHINING. One 'n'. Not two. Since it is the favorite word of people
