Here is Xylan story: earning is better than expected, but warned..., stock lost 19% value. Only hope CA is no XYLN.

>>Xylan Corp. (XYLN) shares tumbled 19 percent Tuesday afternoon after the network equipment manufacturer posted stronger-expected-earnings but told analysts on a conference call that third-quarter sales to IBM Corp. will decline sequentially, according to BancAmerica Robertson Stephens analyst Paul Johnson. IBM accounts for about 20 percent of Xylan's total revenue. The company still expects to post double-digit sequential revenue growth for the quarter, and Johnson believes the the inventory issues at IBM are short term. "The fundamentals are still very strong, we're still pounding the table on the stock and this is an incredible buying opportunity," Johnson said. Shares fell 5 3/16 to 25 7/8.<<
