Hi Jerry,

Actually about once a month, it was someone else that brought up the patents last week <g>.

Even though everyone swears up and down that OS2 is dead and gone, I think it's kind of interesting that everyone over on the Novell thread is all excited that the pending release of Net Ware 5 will have all the features OS2 had 2 years ago. There are even a lot of folks that think the Microsoft release of vapor ware 5.0 is even better. I made some nice profits on NOVL last year when it was getting beat up the way SIII is now. Kinda funny how folks don't want to buy stock when it's cheep, but can't get enough of it when it gets expensive.

Interesting activity on the semis today. Up or flat against most techs being down. LRCX, AMAT, AMD, MCHP, MXIM, NSM, INTC, etc. Kind of interesting looking at SIII options also, a handful of short term puts, with most of the activity and open interest 6 months out. Jan 7 1/2 calls look sort of interesting. I'm kicking around the possibility of a few contracts with the risky venture portion of my trading account.

2 more days.....Tick. Tick. Tick.

Regards,

Don
