A sign of good management is the willingness to makes changes necessary to move forward even if it means you will have to take some lumps along the way. It seems Stagg was not performing to expectations, so Jack made a change. People will now question MTEI decision to use Stagg in the first place. My guess is that they made the best choice at the time based on the information available. On the positive side, I'm glad MTEI took action. On the negative, it means more delays. I have yet to find a company that doesn't have to deal with delays. Nobody likes them, but they happen. The key is taking action, resolving the issues, and moving forward. sandstuff
