Just got into SI. I couldn't log into SI for two whole days ! both at work and at home so it's not something to do with my pc or the network. When reading some posts, nobody seems to have any problems. Weird !

I think 3Com would have still bought USRX knowing the inventory problems, they just would not have paid as much.

They were'nt the only tech company caught with inventory problems.But,the bigger question remains did Eric buy the necessary intellectual property, that will be accreative going forward, when he bought the "bot".
