Harry-

That's pretty disappointing. When I first saw the description, I figured it would be tough, but not as difficult as the reviewer claims. Of course, he's played it, so he certainly knows a lot more than I. This year, the complaint with THQI games has been that they were either too easy or too short. Devil Dice is the opposite, apparently. Whereas an easier version could be a smash hit, it doesn't look like this will happen now. Of course, the game isn't supposed to be out until September, despite his saying it has already been released. Maybe he was referring to the Japanese version, or a preview version of THQ's game.

"This brilliantly simple but addictive game is a great addition to THQ's diverse product line," said Brian J. Farrell, president and CEO, THQ. "We are excited to work with Sony in bringing a challenging puzzle game home to the millions of PlayStation fans here in the United States."

Wouldn't that be nice if Devil Dice were to find its way into millions of homes? Perhaps THQ still has time to make it a bit easier.

Todd

Thanks Harry, that's a very detail review. I don't know what to say, I tried IQ (on PSX's sample disc) and already find the difficult to learn. Unless the author's "I.Q." is very low, otherwise 3 hours learning curve is really long for an average puzzle game. Hopefully the U.S. counterpart will be a simplified version.

Did you notice that Quest 64 and Granstream Saga are displayed in the advertising banner?
