Hewlett-Packard lower in after-hours trade

NEW YORK, July 21 (Reuters) - Shares of Hewlett-Packard Co. fell in trading after the regular stock market close Tuesday following the company's announcement
that earnings and revenue growth for the fiscal third-quarter may be below expectations.

Hewlett Packard traded at 57-7/8 on the Instinet system. The stock had closed at 61-13/16 on the New York Stock Exchange.

PaineWebber sponsored the call Tom Meredith was on. It's apparently a regular series they do for clients, but it seems to be fairly accessible to non-clients (I subscribe to multex.net which gives me access to research from a bunch of investment firms and I found out about the call on that site).
