>>We just dumped off a lumber co onto some sucker...<<<

Luc-

Now I realize what it is about you that bothers me. It's a myopia that excludes everyone else but you and your own self-interest. No concern for anyone else - attitudes like the one you expressed above are precisely what give business a bad name; although people like you are (fortunately) in the minority, it still makes me squirm (literally, not figuratively) to see people conducting themselves by 'dumping' things on 'suckers.'

Try this one on for size. Some people conduct business by trying to create value for *both* parties to the transaction, rather than simply creating it for themselves. I suppose you may consider this attitude weak or naive; but the concept of creating value has been that which has driven the US market for decades. Taking advantage, or dumping things on people is usually only the domain of used-car salesmen and bucket-shop cold-callers. Which one did you get your training in?

Reading your post actually makes me feel greasy and squeamish by simple association. It was a lot more than I ever wanted to know about the 'real' you.
