New WIRED issue:

if you enjoy WIRED, they have a story on Y2K - specifically talk about chips ,utilities, shut downs and then take the story and give it the WIRED touch - programmers building shelters in OKLAHOMA outback with six months of food and ammo. Interesting and fun reading.

People in story are all programmers that have worked on problem on inside and decided this was the "smart" thing to do to prepare.
