I would agree, assuming it is a seasoned, smart management team. This assumption could be a reach at VIDA if one looks only at the criteria of shareholder value creation and preservation. VIDA's mgt and directors haven't exactly distinguished themselves up to this point. Who is to say people are any smarter with their own cash, than a company's? This is still a real longshot. Regards.

Management stock purchases? Hummm........

Let's see, we need money or we go out of business and lose our jobs.

We need to convince someone to give us money to pay our salaries
for the next two years.

How about if we invest a small portion of our annual salary/bonus in VIDA
stock to pursuade new investors that things are great? Then they'll
give us the $17 million.

How about if we sell the shares to our new investors and
ourselves at a 12% discount to market price (that's right,
at a discount).

Sounds like a deal to me, where do I sign?

Yo Yo

P.S. I'm pulling for Vida, but it don't look good.
