Jerry, Well, it's time to respond here. I've been following KRY since last June/July. I've been only long on KRY but sold most of my shares for a business venture. Now hold small long position. I've been a subscriber to Carson and have always thought of him as an honest person. Not yet in a position to judge until I get more facts. I'll pass completely on the Avalon/Psounami/Slave bashing and personal attacks of you. I find your last post concerning the law- suit informative and well written. There certainly seems to be a very dedicated loyalty to Carson, Mo, Fung etc. People who have met them say they are men of granite integrity. Maybe so, I've never met them and must find out what is going on here on my own. I personally believe KRY was hyped, promoted, mildly to say the least and it's clear the board and others benefited greatly. How did the shareholders benefit? What balanced reporting did Carson serve? One imbalanced pro KRY article after another. I cannot remember one skeptical or questioning piece. So, as an insignificant lurker with few shares who has lost a bunch of cash, I appreciate your contributions, and don't find them unreasonable. At best, this lawsuit may bring out the truth of the whole matter, good or bad. Let's at least get on with something, because if left to the Venezuelan's nothing will ever be solved. jlmac
