Frank, If I remember correctly, I believe the Sony rumor started with a minuscule comment in an Asian newspaper. It was a one liner that appeared to have been very old and the author never found out it was eventually recanted. This was probably the rumor that was originally started back in September. Apparently Montgomery was not smart enough to realize that it was incorrect...or for the more cynical minded... knew it was wrong and devious enough to use it to knock LSI down a notch after Tom Kurlak just upgraded it. This occurred in early June. I can't believe anybody would support an analyst, let alone one from Montgomery, who is probably ranked right below pond scum.<g> You probably called IR sometime in second week of June. DavidG
