Didn't someone recently ask me why there were no SEC complaints filed against the company officers? David Coakley, wasn't that you?

See you at .02,

Barb

Sid,

Thanks for the post from the SEC site. I was personally shocked when I read that the SEC has it out for two of the officers from SOLV - JR Rendall and Herbie Campbell! I remember all of the longs saying that these two were the salt of the earth, saviours of business, etc. etc.

I just find it interesting that none of the shorts have jumped in to defend their leaders. I suppose the SEC is just picking on these fine folks - you know - it is just part of the conspiracy to defraud David Coakley from his money. These guys didn't lie you know.

"...false and misleading statements" - surely they jest!! And the SEC seems to think that ole JR and Herbie hyped the stock to 38.00! We were told that that was the result of investor confidence in the company!!??

I just cannot understand how any rational human being could still believe in this dog. As for searching for a Phoenix in the ashes of this company, I certainly hope it doesn't take another 18 years to cycle back to where we are today.

What is this about SOLV being a paper company now? I guess it makes sense - they already have the log washer!! LOL

Rave on Folks.....If I were you, I'd mortgage everything to buy this one!

Gary
