National City is not a member of Integrion, and as far as using CheckFree it's hard to tell, If I had to guess, I would say yes, because of the pay-anyone advertisement. The one thing I would like to see is CheckFree post a list of banks that use CF Bill Pay, I waste more time running around trying to find this stuff out.

>>>Are all of these banks committed to using CKFR...

When I looked them up on the corp. web site they showed up as banking partners.

National City goes through Integrion. They aren't members, but they are served through them.

About a month ago, I spoke with a customer rep for on-line billing, and that's what she said. She never heard of CKFR, but was familiar with Integrion.

I called because I have accounts with them, and saw the flyers announcing it during a visit to the branch office. I haven't signed up yet because I don't know how much longer I'm gonna have my $$ with them.
