Steve--
Not according to Yarmack. Califtalk has made it clear that the current management of Oilex:

1) Had no regard for the rights of its stockholders.

2) Was more interested in making deals than producing oil.

3) Was furtively secretive in all its dealings.

Califtalk wants to keep the current management in place, despite the above facts. He is receiving numerous urgings from the AOL contingent (where you are not present, I notice?) to can them all and start anew. I don't see Califtalk as inclined to do that, though.

You seem contemptuous of Califtalk...that won't win you many friends. Califtalk is the ONLY reason the current stockholders of Oilex have some hope for this company, not Alan Burditt, Mr. Timmerman and the gang. Why do you defend them so vociferously?

We'll see how it comes out. To say the least, in one year or less, Oilex will be a totally different company from what it was a month ago.

I'm willing to bet CAYC will still be a two-bit oil (stock price) company by then.

Cheers!
Rick
